Pulaski County, KY, sundew site, Sep 2012. Woody encroachment, if left untreated, will eventually turn the area into forest. Historic maps indicate barrens in the general region, and several predominantly coastal plain species are found here (a few nowhere else in KY), making this an extremely rare habitat.
